2. After the Faculty of Graduate Studies issue the administrative order to appoint the thesis advisory
committee and thesis title, student must submit the ethic approval of their research topic.
3. When the student is ready for the final thesis defense he/she must make sure that all the coursework,
and thesis are completed and graded, complete at least 4 required soft skills and pass English
proficiency criteria of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Then the student can register in GR.2 “The
Oral Thesis Defense”
