Steps for Thesis process

Thesis Step for Doctoral Degree

Appointing the Thesis Title and the Advisory
Committee (GR.1)
Add the Certificate of Ethics
Approval, or document stated that
your research is exempted from
Ethics Consideration issued by
corresponding Ethics Committee

Schedule the Thesis Defense Examination and
Appointing Examination Committee (GR.2)

The Thesis Defense Examination
(Examination Evaluation GR.3) Pass with condition

Passed Revision of the Exam
“Passed” (GR.4)

Abstract Checking

Submit the completed digital thesis to FGS within 21 days (including (6)
holiday) of passing the defense exam with “Passed” result. The Submit Request
“delayed” of submission will be charged 200 THB/day. The “delayed” for Graduation
cannot last more than 90 days (including holiday). Cancellation of thesis (GR.5)
result if FGS has not received the digital thesis within 90 days.
