               1.  Philosophy and Justification of the Curriculum
                    The International Program for Master of Science Program in Dentistry is designed to offer educational

               experiences that  promote critical thinking  skills  and  evidence-based  in dentistry by  fully  integrating
               education, clinical practice and research of 8 different majors including (1) Advanced General Dentistry (2)
               Community Dentistry (3) Endodontics (4) Maxillofacial Prosthetics (5) Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology

               (6) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (7) Oral Medicine and (8) Pediatric Dentistry.  The program is designed
               to support graduate students with the conquest of ethic and morality to conduct scientific research, data

               analysis and research evaluation systematically. Furthermore, the program strives to provide a full range of
               comprehensive clinical experiences including application of new technology and innovations in order to
               apply the advanced knowledge to treat patients and maintain their appropriate oral health.


                2.  Objectives of the Program

               By the end of the study, the Master student is qualified according to the graduate qualification standards as
               follows:
                    -  Possess moral standards and professional ethics.

                    -  Understand the principles and theories related to the fields: (1) Advanced General Dentistry, (2)
                       Community Dentistry, (3) Endodontics, (4) Maxillofacial Prosthetics, (5) Oral and Maxillofacial
                       Radiology, (6) Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, (7) Oral Medicine, and (8) Pediatric Dentistry.

                    -  Be  able  to  initiate,  analyze,  summarize,  criticize scientific evidence in  dentistry, and  conduct
                       research according to their majors or other related health science.
                    -  Attain  good  communication and  teamwork  skills and  be  self-improving to  be  disciplined and

                       punctual and have leadership and responsibility to oneself and others.
                    -  Have  analytical skills in  mathematics  and be  able  to  apply  information  technology  to  search,

                       communicate (verbally and in writing), and disseminate knowledge effectively.
                    -  Use appropriate dental equipment and technologies according to the principle and situation.
