On March 21, 2024, Clinical Professor Dr. Siriruk Nakornchai, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education at Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, along with the program advisors and Faculty Committee members, attended the closing ceremony of the “Training Program in Technology of Medicine and Public Health for Health Personnel from Lao PDR Initiated by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn (Dentistry Program, Batch 26)”, running from February 19 to March 26, 2024.

This year’s program, titled “Dentistry Program for Rural Community,” aimed to provide specialized knowledge in dentistry to enhance healthcare services in rural areas.

The following four Laotian dentists successfully participated in the training program and received their certificates of participation:

1. Ms. Thounmany Sihabouth – Atsaphangthong Community Hospital, Savannakhet District
2. Mr. Somchai Yuaporporling – Viengthong Community Hospital, Bolikhamsai District
3. Mr. Fuiso Sinlapakith – Pakchong Community Hospital, Champasak District
4. Mr. Phanoukone Sirivanghan – Phu Khun Community Hospital, Luang Prabang District

The closing ceremony of the training program took place in the Faculty Committee Meeting Room, located on the 17^th floor of the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry.
