If students are question grading of any courses or having troubles, students can voice their thoughts

directly at the Postgraduate Educational Administration Division office on 7 Floor, the 50
Anniversary of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, or via email. For feedback,
comment and appeals to please write to siriluk.pro@mahidol.edu with the subject “Student
feedback, comment and appeals”. Your information will be confidential and only the head of
Postgraduate Educational Administration Division will see the message.

Faculty of Graduate Studies

For the matter regarding the service of FGS, the student can voice their complain/appeal in the FGS
Appeal System. Log in with student ID and password and write the appeal. The Dean of the Faculty
of Graduate Studies and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs will be the only person with access to
information. The information you provide will be confidential. Visit the webpage of FGS as current
student and go to “Appeal System”
