Used to analyze the density of samples by X-rays. Used to check internal properties Study the structure and internal details of various materials that are small without damaging sample such as teeth, dental materials, animal bones, and porous materials. The results were analyzed in a three-dimensional format. The size of the sample has a diameter of not more than 140 mm and a length of not more than 400 mm  with a maximum power of 160 kV with spatial resolution 60 nm smallest pixel size , < 500 nm low–contrast resolution and cross-sectional viewing to be analyzed and processed efficiently.
