A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came and made our Matcha Workshop such a warm, wonderful success! From learning the history of Japanese matcha to mastering the art of whisking the perfect bowl, we had an amazing time exploring all things green tea together.

Students tried their hands at traditional ceremonial preparation, discovered the difference between culinary and ceremonial grade matcha, and even created their own matcha lattes. The energy in the room was pure joy — and yes, lots of curiosity (and caffeine ).
