On May 6–7, 2026, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), hosted the “MU ABOUT FUN” project for high school students (Batch 3, Fiscal Year 2026). The initiative aimed to provide students with real-world insights and hands-on experience in the dental profession.

The opening ceremony, held on May 6, 2026, at Meeting Room 304–305, 3^rd Floor, 50^th Anniversary Building, was presided over by Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of DTMU. The event was also attended by heads of various clinics, centers, and units.

A total of 50 high school students participated in the two-day program, which featured practical training activities in different stations within the Dental Hospital. The six stations included:

• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic
• Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Clinic
• Maxillofacial Prosthetics Clinic
• Operating Room Unit
• Dental Implant Center
• Center for Promotion and Development of Quality of Life for the Elderly

On May 7, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Surakit Visuttiwattanakorn, Director of the Dental Hospital, presided over the closing ceremony and awarded certificates to the participating students at Meeting Room 304–305. This inspiring event successfully sparked the students’ interest and passion for pursuing a future career in dentistry.
