On April 29, 2026, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), organized a practical workshop titled “Basic Prompt Engineering” under the AI for Development Program. The initiative aimed to equip personnel with the necessary skills to adapt and collaborate effectively with artificial intelligence technologies in the digital era.

Associate Professor Dr. Rochaya Chintavalakorn, Deputy Dean, presided over the opening ceremony at Meeting Room 304 – 305, 3^rd Floor, 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building. During the address, Dr. Rochaya emphasized the crucial role of AI in elevating work quality and driving sustainable organizational development.

The workshop featured Assistant Professor Dr. Taweesak Samanchuen, Deputy Director of Digital Technology at Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, as the guest speaker. Participants engaged in comprehensive knowledge-sharing sessions and hands-on workshops, allowing them to systematically practice AI communication (Prompting) skills for practical and real-world applications.
