On April 22, 2026, The Continuing Dental Education Center and Academic Affairs section, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), organized an academic lecture titled “THE ART & SCIENCE OF ASSESSMENT IN OUTCOME-BASED DENTAL EDUCATION: How to Assess Effectively?”. The event was held at Meeting Room 301, 3rd Floor, 50th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
The session featured Assistant Professor Dr. Punyanit Rungnava as the distinguished guest speaker, focusing on “Assessment Using Portfolios.” Associate Professor Dr. Natchalee Srimaneekarn served as the moderator, facilitating an insightful discussion on modern assessment techniques in dental education.
To ensure broad access to this academic knowledge, the lecture was also broadcast live via Facebook Live, allowing dentists and educators nationwide to participate and stay updated on international-standard assessment practices. This initiative underlines DTMU’s role as a leader in dental education development.
