On April 22, 2026, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), organized a practical workshop titled “Earthquake Emergency Drill 2026” at the Debaratana Auditorium, 4th Floor, 50th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building. Associate Professor Dr. Pisol Senawongse, Deputy Dean for Research, Facilities and Environment, presided over the opening ceremony.
Associate Professor Dr. Pipop Saikaew, Assistant Dean for Research, Facilities and Environment, reported the project’s objectives, emphasizing the importance of personnel preparedness and awareness. The drill aimed to establish international-standard management systems to minimize risks and potential losses of life and property during unforeseen events.
The session featured disaster relief experts from Smart Safety Co., Ltd., providing both theoretical knowledge and practical hands-on training. Participants engaged in realistic simulations to master effective emergency response. This initiative reflects DTMU’s commitment to excellent safety management and its status as a leading dental institution dedicated to the highest safety standards for all.
