On March 31, 2026, Department of Community Dentistry, in collaboration with The Continuing Dental Education Center and Academic Affairs section, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), and Haleon, organized an online special lecture to celebrate World Oral Health Day 2026. Held under the theme “Oral Function and Quality of Life,” the event aimed to raise awareness of the crucial connection between oral health and the quality of life across all ages.

The lecture featured distinguished expert speakers: Lecturer Dr. Raksanan Karawekpanyawong and Lecturer Dr. Sirinthip Amornsuradech. They shared their knowledge and experiences regarding the role of oral healthcare and its impact on daily life, encompassing physical health, mental health, and overall quality of life.

Broadcasted live via the HALEON HEALTH PARTNER channel, the lecture emphasized that oral healthcare is not limited to just caring for teeth, but serves as a fundamental foundation for the long-term well-being and sustainable quality of life of the public.
