On February 25, 2026, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), took a significant step towards becoming a Smart Organization by organizing the “AI for Development Program” workshop at Meeting Room 302, 50th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of DTMU, who emphasized the importance of adapting to rapid technological changes to maintain organizational excellence. Associate Professor Dr. Rochaya Chintavalakorn, Deputy Dean, reported on the program’s objectives, highlighting the goal of equipping staff with AI skills to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and improve work outcomes.
The workshop, titled “AI Transformation: Future Work Driven by AI,” was conducted by Mr. Thitiphon Tiemchan (Ajarn Champ), an expert in Machine Learning and Large Language Models (LLM).
Participants gained hands-on experience with world-leading Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Qwen, Meta AI, and Grok. The session provided practical techniques that staff can immediately apply to transform their workflows and thrive in the digital era.
