On January 21, 2026, the Dental Hospital, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), organized a training workshop titled “Staying Calm When Patients Are Not: A Professional Workshop on Managing Emotional Intensity”. The event was held at Meeting Room 302–303, 3rd Floor, 50th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
The session was led by Lecturer Lalida Ongchavalit, Deputy Director of Dental Hospital for Quality and Risk Management, who shared her expertise with 40 front-line staff members.
The training combined lectures with practical workshops designed to equip staff with the skills to handle emotionally charged situations professionally. The goal was to enhance communication skills, foster a positive attitude, and promote a strong “Service Mind” to ensure the best possible experience for patients.
