On December 16, 2025, the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), led by Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean, welcomed Professor Robert Spears, Associate Dean for Student & Academic Affairs, and Professor Sudarat Kiat-amnuay, Director of Strategic Training and Academic Affairs, from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry (UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry), USA.

The DTMU representatives participating in the meeting included:

• Associate Professor Dr. Somsak Mitrirattanakul, Deputy Dean for Undergraduate Education
• Assistant Professor Dr. Surakit Visuttiwattanakorn, Director of Dental Hospital
• Associate Professor Dr. Tippanart Vichayanrat, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Organizational Communication

Both institutions discussed potential areas of academic collaboration, including student and staff exchanges, joint academic activities, and the development of future cooperative initiatives to strengthen educational and research capacities.

The meeting took place in the Faculty Meeting Room on the 17^th floor of the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, DTMU.
