On October 29, 2025, the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), organized a special lecture titled “Performance Clarity: Building Understanding in Performance Assessment.” The event was officially opened by Dean Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, and an introductory report was given by Associate Professor Dr. Rochaya Chintavalakorn, Deputy Dean.

The faculty welcomed distinguished experts from the Office of the President, Mahidol University, to share their insights. The speakers included:

• Ms. Chuenusa Cholasuke Chandra, Advisor to the President on Human Resources
• Ms. Kesinee Chaona, Head of HR Capacities Unit, Human Resource Division
• Ms. Kanyarat Thanasan, Human Resource Officer from HR Capacities Unit, Human Resource Division

The lecture focused on key topics, including the steps and processes of performance assessment” and “work delegation and KPI setting.

This event was aimed at all levels of administrative staff within the faculty to foster a clear understanding of the principles and methods of performance evaluation, effective work agreement creation, and the overall importance of the assessment process. The session was held at Meeting Rooms 304–306, 50ᵗʰ Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
