On September 24, 2025, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), held a tribute ceremony to commemorate Mahidol Day. The event was held to honor His Royal Highness Prince Mahitala Dhibesra Adulyadej Vikrom, the Prince Father, who is revered as the “Father of Modern Medicine and Public Health of Thailand.”

Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of DTMU, presided over the ceremony. Executives, faculty members, staff, and students gathered to pay their respects and reflect on the Prince Father’s immense contributions to the nation’s medical and public health sectors. The ceremony, organized by the Ceremony and Special Event Unit, took place in the Third-floor hall of the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building. Mahidol Day is observed annually on September 24 to mark the anniversary of the passing of the Prince Father.
