On September 1, 2025, Dr. Waranun Buajeeb, Dean’s Advisor and Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Oral Health Education and Research at Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University, together with Associate Professor Dr. Tippanart Vichayanrat, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Organizational Communication, and Dr. Raksanan Karawekpanyawong from the Department of Community Dentistry, attended the 15^th Asian Chief Dental Officers Meeting (ACDOM) under the theme “Driving Change, Delivering Impact: Asia’s Response to the Bangkok Declaration” held at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Bali, Indonesia. On this occasion, Dr. Raksanan Karawekpanyawong was honored to serve as a Co-Secretariat of the meeting.

The meeting brought together representatives from countries in the South-East Asia and Western Pacific regions to report on progress in implementing the Global Oral Health Action Plan. Representatives from the WHO South-East Asia Regional Office (SEARO), WHO Western Pacific Regional Office (WPRO), and WHO Headquarters also delivered presentations and exchanged key insights on oral health strategies. The discussions focused on identifying collaborative approaches to advance oral health initiatives at both regional and international levels.
