On August 27, 2025, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), held an exhibition titled “Reduce Receiving, Reduce Giving, Reduce Using Plastic” to promote sustainable habits among its community. The event took place at the Multipurpose Area on the 1st floor of the 50th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Pisol Senawongse, Deputy Dean for Research, Facilities and Environment. In his opening remarks, Associate Professor Dr. Pipop Saikaew, Assistant Dean for Research, Facilities and Environment, outlined the event’s objectives. The campaign aims to encourage staff and students to reduce plastic waste by choosing reusable bags and containers and supporting products made from natural or biodegradable materials.
The event featured educational activities with prize giveaways, booths from environmental and energy conservation shops, and a “Green Market” selling eco-friendly food and products.
