On August 4, 2025, School of Dental Technology, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), organized the orientation for new students enrolled in the Dental Technician Certificate Program for the academic year 2025. The event began with a report by Clinical Professor Dr. Somchai Urapepon, Deputy Dean for Information Technology and Educational Support, and Chair of the Executive Committee of the program, followed by a welcome speech and opening remarks by Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of DTMU.

The orientation included introductions of faculty members and student self-introductions, an overview of the program by Ms. Runda Dumsim, Chief of the School of Dental Technology, a session on health services and emergency preparedness by Ms. Krittika Saiso, Deputy Director for Service Support, and a presentation on safety and environmental systems by Mr. Tamnong Sabangban, Head of the Security and Traffic Control Unit. Academic advisory systems, dress code, and student regulations were presented by program advisors: Lecturer Panida Phawilai, Ms. Rungtiwa Naveepattana, and Ms. Sirinan Taweechokkul. The orientation took place in Meeting Room 301, 3^rd Floor, 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.

Students also visited the Sirindhorn Dental Museum, received an introduction to the academic IT system by Ms. Yupawadee Chuekulchat, Computer Technical Officer, and toured the dental technology laboratories guided by second-year students.
