On June 20, 2025, Clinical Professor Dr. Somchai Urapepon, Deputy Dean for Information Technology and Educational Support, Faculty of Dentistry Mahidol University (DTMU), delivered the opening report for the orientation session of the Advanced Dental Assistant Certificate Program for the 2025 academic year. Following this, Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of DTMU, delivered a welcome speech and gave words of encouragement to the new students.

The event continued with an introduction to the Dental Hospital, DTMU, by Assistant Professor Surakit Visuttiwattanakorn, Director of Dental Hospital, and a presentation on the Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Dental Hospital by Lecturer Pariya Kaewpradub, Director of Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Dental Hospital.

Further sessions included an overview of the Advanced Dental Assistant Certificate curriculum, student activities, and student welfare by Lecturer Dr. Dechsak Nakhapaksirat, Chairman of the Curriculum Executive Committee, provided a detailed introduction to the program and discussed student activities and welfare benefits. Associate Professor Dr. Pisol Senawongse, Deputy Dean for Research, Facilities and Environment, introduced the university’s security and environmental management protocols. Ms. Krittika Saiso, Deputy Director of Services Support, explained the health services and sick leave processes. Then, Ms. Woranuch Wangsoongnoen, a class instructor, introduced the advisor system, dress code, and school rules and regulations. The orientation took place in the Somporn Raungpaka Room on the 5^th floor of the Learning and Recreation Center Building. The program concluded with a tour of the Sirindhorn Dental Museum and an advisor–student meet-and-greet activity.
