On May 22, 2025, Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (MUDT), together with Associate Professor Dr. Tippanart Vichayanrat, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Organizational Communication, attended the 2025 World Oral Health Day Thailand award presentation ceremony organized by the Dental Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage.

MUDT received the First Prize in the Governmental Partner Participation Category, with Associate Professor Dr. Sirivimol Srisawasdi, President of the Dental Association of Thailand, presiding over the award presentation at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, Bangkok.

This year, MUDT organized a series of public engagement activities in celebration of the 2025 World Oral Health Day, including:

March 5, 2025: An oral health quiz with a giveaway of MDENT toothbrushes and toothpaste held at the Sirindhorn Dental Museum, 1^st floor, 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.

March 10–20, 2025: Toothbrushing education sessions for children conducted by dentists and dental students at the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic, 4^th floor, 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building. The activities focused on correct brushing techniques and building lifelong oral hygiene habits through fun, interactive learning.

March 5, 2025: The Department of Community Dentistry organized a collaborative event as part of the Field Training Program for the academic year 2024–2025 in conjunction with World Oral Health Day.

Additionally, MUDT received Second Prize in the “A Happy Mouth is a Happy Mind” Video Clip Contest. The video was directed by Clinical Professor Nita Viwattanatipa, in collaboration with the Thai Cleft Lip-Palate and Craniofacial Association.
