On May 14, 2025, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry organized a workshop titled “Smoking Cessation Practice” for fourth-year students enrolled in the Doctor of Dental Surgery Program (both Thai and international programs), Academic Year 2025. The event was honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Tippanart Vichayanrat, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Organizational Communication, and Associate Professor Dr. Warungkana Chidchuangchai, Chairperson of the Smoke-Free Task Force at the Faculty of Dentistry. Also joining as guest speakers were Associate Professor Penpan Laohapand and Lecturer Dr. Sujiwan Seubbuk Sangkhamanee from the Department of Oral Medicine and Periodontology. The workshop aimed to equip students with practical knowledge and skills to effectively advise patients on smoking cessation and to support individuals who wish to quit smoking using appropriate and evidence-based methods. The event took place at the Debaratana Dental Student Club, 4^th Floor, 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
