On May 7, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Suchaya Damrongsri, Deputy Dean for Quality Development, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, presided over the opening of “The Annual Incident Exchange and Learning Workshop at Mahidol Dentistry” to deliver a lecture on incident/risk reporting for General Support Units (Back Office).

Following this, Assistant Professor Dr. Supak Ngamsom, Assistant Dean for Quality Development, explained the incident/risk reporting channels, reporting procedures, severity assessment, and incident management strategies. She also addressed participants’ questions to ensure a clear understanding of the processes. Faculty supporting staff actively participated in the workshop, which was held at the Debaratana Auditorium on the fourth floor on the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building. The event was organized by the Risk Management Unit.
