Faculty Executives Participate in “Building Healthier Futures: 25 Years of Thai-Lao Collaboration in Medical and Public Health Capacity Building under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn” in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR

On April 22–23, 2025, Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, along with Associate Professor Dr. Tippanart Vichayanrat, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Organizational Communication, and Associate Professor Dr. Varangkanar Jirarattanasopha, faculty member of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and advisor to alumni of the 25th cohort, participated in the academic conference on “Building Healthier Futures: 25 Years of Thai-Lao Collaboration in Medical and Public Health Capacity Building under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn” in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.

This academic conference aimed to serve as a platform for exchanging knowledge and academic experiences, as well as to disseminate research findings and innovations in medicine and public health to a broader audience. It also offered opportunities for former trainees of the program to review their knowledge and collaboratively enhance their capabilities through various activities, including special lectures, academic seminars, exhibitions, and poster presentations. Participants included alumni from 17 provinces and Vientiane Capital, officials from the Ministry of Health and the University of Health Sciences, guest speakers, program faculty members, representatives from the Royal Initiative Projects, as well as delegates from the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane.
