On April 8, 2025, Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Smoking Cessation Practice” workshop for sixth-year dental students. The event was attended by Associate Professor Dr. Warungkana Chidchuangchai, Chairperson of the Smoke-Free Task Force at the Faculty of Dentistry, and Lecturer Patr Pujarern, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni Relations.

The workshop featured guest speakers from the Cultural Arts and Social Development Institute, including Mr. Santi Jitrajinda and Mr. Somsak Kanha. They provided valuable knowledge to help students develop and apply skills in advising patients on how to quit smoking effectively and supporting individuals wishing to stop smoking correctly. The workshop took place at the Debaratana Auditorium on the fourth floor of the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
