On April 9, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University, alongside Assistant Professor Dr. Komsun Lapauthaya, President of DT MU Club, the Association of Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University, as well as the executive board, faculty committee members, senior lecturers, the club committee and subcommittee members, faculty staff, and students, came together to commemorate the annual Songkran Festival 2025. This cultural event was orchestrated by DT MU Club to uphold and cherish Thailand’s treasured traditions.

The celebration included participants paying homage to the faculty’s sacred Buddha image, Buddha Dhepa Dhantaraja, and laying garlands in reverence to the statue of Emeritus Professor Dr. Isara Yuktanandhe, the Faculty’s revered founder and inaugural dean. The ceremony took place at the seventh-floor hall of the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building. The event proceeded with a water blessing ceremony, where senior faculty members imparted their blessings to participants. Festivities concluded with various traditional Songkran-themed activities held on the first floor of the same building.
