On March 10, 2025, Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, along with Associate Professor Dr. Rochaya Chintavalakorn, Deputy Dean, Associate Professor Dr. Praphasri Rirattanapong, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, Associate Professor Dr. Tippanart Vichayanrat, Deputy Dean for International Relations and Organizational Communication,  and faculty members, welcomed Professor Yasutaka Yawaka, Former Dean, and Associate Professor Taro Arima, Chair of the Section of International Affairs, from the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Graduate School of Dental Medicine, Hokkaido University, Japan.

The meeting focused on discussions regarding a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for curriculum and research collaboration under the Cotutelle Program. This initiative aims to establish a joint curriculum between the two universities, strengthening academic and research cooperation for doctoral students. It was held in the 17ᵗʰ floor meeting room of the 50ᵗʰ Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
