On March 5, 2025, the Dental Hospital at Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry held a training session titled “How to Provide Front-Line Services that Impress Patients,” aimed at improving the quality of patient care and service. The event featured Lecturer Lalida Ongchavalit, Deputy Director of Hospital Quality and Risk Management of the Dental Hospital, as the esteemed speaker. The seminar was held in the Somporn Raungpaka Meeting Room on the fifth floor of the Learning and Recreation Center Building, organized by the Human Resource Development Unit, the training session saw an attendance of 150 hospital personnel.

The training aimed to provide knowledge, skills, and guidelines for solving initial problems, as well as to provide scenario-based activities for participants to discuss and find solutions together. This training was designed to enhance the capabilities of hospital personnel, improve their attitudes, and promote awareness of the importance of delivering excellent service to patients.
