On May 16-17, 2024, the Educational and Academic Office, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, organized a seminar for its faculty staff. The primary objectives of this gathering were as follows:

• Review and Problem-Solving: Reflect on past activities, extract lessons, and collaborate on solutions to preempt and address challenges.
• Guideline Development: Devise methodologies to meet 5 strategic objectives aimed at achieving international educational standards.
• Morale Enhancement: Boost the morale of Office of Education and Academic personnel to foster productivity and a positive work environment.
• Networking and Learning Exchange: Provide a platform for attendees to connect, share, and adapt innovative learning methods tailored to their roles.

Distinguished attendees included Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Deputy Dean, Clinical Professor Dr. Siriruk Nakornchai, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, Assistant Deans, and faculty staff from pivotal sections within the Educational and Academic Office, such as the Undergraduate Educational Administration Section, Learning and Academic Development Section, and Postgraduate Educational Administration Division.
