On March 20, 2024, Clinical Professor Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, along with Associate Professor Dr. Somsak Mitrirattanakul, Deputy Dean for International Undergraduate Program and Network Collaboration, and Assistant Professor Dr. Kajohnkiart Janebodin, Assistant Dean for International Undergraduate Program and Network Collaboration, extended a warm welcome to esteemed executives from the Faculty of Dental Medicine and Graduate School of Dental Medicine, Hokkaido University, Japan; Professor Yasutaka Yawaka, Former Dean, and Associate Professor Taro Arima, Chair, Section of International Affairs.

During their visit, they discussed potential collaboration for exchange programs involving staff and students, as well as opportunities for collaborative research and the potential establishment of a double degree program. These discussions were based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by both institutions.

The meeting took place in the 17^th floor meeting room on the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building at Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry.
