A mobile dental clinic was deployed in collaboration with local partners under a royal initiative to serve the community.

H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Dental Service Center Provided Oral Health Services under “Rajadhandh Punsook” Royal Project

On March 9 – 10, 2026, H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Dental Service Center, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), deployed a mobile dental clinic in collaboration with Phanatnikhom Hospital, Lopburi Province. The unit provided essential dental services to youths at the Juvenile Training Centre, Department of Juvenile Observation and Protection, under the royal project “Rajadhandh Punsook, Do Good for Nation, Religion, and King.”

This operation was part of the 2026 Mobile Dental Service Project for Children and Youths in Juvenile Detention Centers. The primary objective was to ensure that youths in the Lopburi Training Centre have access to standard dental care, thereby promoting oral health, preventing oral diseases, and enhancing their knowledge of proper oral hygiene practices.

During the two-day visit, the team provided dental treatments to the youths, which included:

: Scaling: 14 patients
: Fillings: 17 patients (32 teeth in total)
: Extractions: 6 patients (10 teeth in total)

This initiative played a vital role in promoting equal access to oral healthcare for children and youths, fostering awareness about the importance of dental care, and ultimately contributing to their better quality of life in the future.
