On December 15, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Salunya Tancharoen from the Department of Pharmacology at Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry was honored to present her research on “Oral Moisturizing Jelly with Rice,” which was selected as one of the seven Outstanding Rice Research and Innovations, an instant product ready for use. The research also received the Rice Innovation Award from the Thai Rice Foundation under Royal Patronage.

The presentation took place during the Outstanding Rice Research and Innovations session, organized by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), at the main stage of Thailand Rice Fest 2024 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
