On April 8, 2026, Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU) Association, organized the Songkran Festival to preserve and celebrate Thailand’s beautiful cultural heritage. The event was held at the Sirindhorn Dental Museum, located on the 1st floor of the 50th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of DTMU. He was joined by Associate Professor Dr. Pornpoj Fuangtharnthip, President of DTMU Association, along with the executive team, faculty committee members, staff, and students.
Together, they participated in the traditional water-pouring ceremony to express their deep respect and seek blessings from senior faculty members for an auspicious start to the Thai New Year.
This heartfelt activity reflects the strong bonds and reverence for elders within the DTMU community, promoting the continuous preservation of Thai traditions in a warm, culturally rich atmosphere.
