On December 4, 2025, Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), presided over the ceremony to receive a sculpture of H.R.H. Prince Mahidol of Songkla (Somdet Phra Mahitalathibet Adulyadejvikrom Phra Borommaratchachanok).
The sculpture was generously donated by the Clin. Prof. Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen Fund, under the Mahidol Dental Foundation, to be enshrined within the Faculty of Dentistry.
Created by the renowned artist Mr. Watchara Prayoonkum, this masterpiece honors the benevolence and immense contributions of the Prince Father, who laid the foundation for modern medicine and public health in Thailand. His legacy continues to serve as a guiding inspiration for the ongoing development of dental education at Mahidol University.
