On September 10, 2025, the Human Resource Development Unit of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU), held a workshop titled “Enhancing and Developing Work for Higher Position Appointments for Supporting Staff.”

The faculty was honored to welcome Associate Professor Dr. Somboon Sirisunhirun, Deputy Dean for Administration and Sustainable Development from Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Mahidol University, as the guest speaker. The workshop focused on key topics, including “Techniques for Writing a Work Manual” and “Techniques for Writing Analytical and Synthesis Work.”

The program aimed to provide support staff with a clear understanding of how to prepare written work, manuals, and research that align with the university’s standard framework, preparing them for future career advancement. The workshop was held in Meeting Room B2 on the 7^th floor of the 50^th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
