On June 28, 2025, Clinical Professor Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Dean’s Advisor of the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahidol University (DTMU) and First Vice President of the Mahidol University Alumni Association under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, presided over the opening ceremony of the 2^nd Charity Bowling Tournament for the Royal Trophy of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The event was organized by the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, in collaboration with the Hospital for Tropical Diseases Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana. In this regard, Associate Professor Veerapong Poomirattananprapin, Dean of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine and Chairperson of the Foundation, presided over the opening ceremony, held at Blu-O Rhythm & Bowl, 5^th Floor, Siam Paragon, Bangkok.

Proceeds from this charity event will be donated to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases Foundation to assist underprivileged patients with limited access to medical care. A portion of the net proceeds will also be humbly presented for royal charitable purposes at the discretion of Her Royal Highness.
