On December 20, 2024, Associate Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (MUDT), participated in the “30^th Anniversary of the Dental Council: Advancing the Profession, Enhancing Oral Health Care for the Public, and Honoring Outstanding Dentists Nationwide” event, held under the theme “The Dental Council from the Past to the Future.” The event aimed to advance the dental profession, enhance oral health care, and honor outstanding dentists nationwide. It was held at the Amari Don Mueang Airport Hotel, Bangkok.

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Somsak Thepsuthin, Minister of Public Health, and attended by dignitaries from various sectors.

The event’s highlights included a Future Forum and an Awards Ceremony that recognized 30 outstanding dentists from across Thailand. Among the honorees were several faculty members, executives, and alumni of MUDT, who were acknowledged for their significant contributions to dentistry in the following categories:
