IDCMR Scholarship has been established to develop oral health resource capacity among faculty staff and students of the Mekong River Region and Southeast Asian countries under the MoU of IDCMR as an effective way to promote cooperation in training, education, and collaborative research activities among IDCMR member institutions for the benefits of oral health education in the region.
