On July 9, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Pisol Senawongse, Deputy Dean for Research, Facilities, and Environment at Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (MUDT), collaborated with nine institutions in the Phayathai area for the fiscal year 2024 Business Continuity Plan (BCP) rehearsal.
The participating departments included the Faculty of Dentistry, College of Management, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Analytical Sciences and National Doping Test Institute, and Faculty of Science of Mahidol University.
The rehearsal was conducted under the scenario of a mass shooting incident affecting the services or key operations of each institution, aiming to prepare for various emergencies, ensuring that the university’s mission can continue even in a crisis.
The event took place in Meeting Room 910 A, B, C, 9th Floor, Medical Learning Resource Center and Ramathibodi School of Nursing Building, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University.
