On June 12, 2024, Assistant Professor Bundhit Jirajariyavej, the Deputy Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, presided over the Mahidol Dental Research Day 2024 (MDRD 2024) conference. This event aimed to disseminate research findings, share concepts, and exchange experiences among researchers, dentists, and dental students.

The conference featured special lectures by invited experts on the following topics:

– “Key to Success in Publishing Social Science Research in Dentistry”
by Associate Professor Dr. Kawin Sipiyaruk, Department of Orthodontics
– “Key to Success in Publishing Dental Material Research”
by Associate Professor Dr. Pipop Saikaew, Department of Operative Dentistry and Endodontics

Additionally, there were research presentations and a research competition. Clinical Professor Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, the Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, attended the event to congratulate and present awards, including:

– 2023 Outstanding Researcher
– 2023 Outstanding Innovation Study

Recognition was also given to research laboratories that received awards and badges for their safety practices (in Peer review). The event concluded with the announcement and presentation of awards to the winners of the research competition.

The event took place at the Debaratana Auditorium on the fourth floor of the 50ᵗʰ Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building.
