On June 5, 2024, Clinical Professor Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Dean of the Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, attended the 117th Dental Association of Thailand General Academic Conference and Meeting to congratulate the Mahidol dental students who received prestigious awards.
The awards included the 2024 Luang Vaj Wittayawat Award (5th Generation) and the Graduates of the Doctor of Dental Surgery Program with Excellent Ethics Award from the Fund of Prof. Isara-Dr. Khanobphan Yuktanandhe.

During the ceremony, Dr. Adirek Sriwatanawongsa, President of the Dental Association of Thailand, presided over the 117th General Academic Conference and Meeting and presented the 2024 Luang Vaj Wittayawat Award to the dental students.
The event was held from June 5–7, 2024, at the World Ballroom, 23rd floor, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World, Bangkok.
