On April 2, 2024, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (MUDT) offered dental treatments at no cost; tooth filling and extraction, impacted tooth removal, emergency root canal treatment, dental scaling, pediatric dental care, and dental radiography, for the general public (one treatment for one person) to mark the auspicious occasion of H.R.H. Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Birthday Anniversary.

The treatments took place at the Dental Hospital, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (Phayathai Campus) for 1,230 adults and 100 children, and 250 adults and 50 children at Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Dental Hospital (Salaya Campus).

This event aims to mark the auspicious occasion of H.R.H’s Birthday, providing voluntary services to the public by dentists and other faculty staff.  Other activities were included to disseminate knowledge on oral health and encourage people to understand the importance of good oral hygiene and take good care of their oral health.

There were also several activities including blood donation and an oral health promotion activity.
