Clinical Professor Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Dean of the Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (MUDT), joined by faculty executives and members, participated in the commemoration ceremony of Mahidol University on March 2, 2024.

This event celebrated the 55^th anniversary of Mahidol University’s royal naming and the 136^th anniversary of its establishment. The ceremony, presided over by Professor Banchong Mahaisavariya, the President of Mahidol University, took place at Prince Mahidol Hall on the Salaya campus. The event was organized by the Mahidol University Alumni Relations and featured both morning and afternoon sessions.

The ceremony commenced with a homage-paying ritual, including laying a pedestal tray adorned with crown flowers at the statue of Mahitala Dhibesra Adulyadej Vikrom.

Following this, a retirement ceremony was held, attended by Assistant Professor Pensri Sutthisansunthon, a senior lecturer at MUDT. In this regard, Dean Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen also extended congratulations to MUDT personnel honored with the Mahidol Badge Needles for the year 2024.

In the afternoon, MUDT executives and faculty staff joined the Mahidol University alumni for the 7^th MU Blue Night event. Additionally, M-DENT Shop, representing MUDT, also participated in the booth exhibition to showcase dental products during the event.
