On February 2, 2024, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry extended a warm welcome to Professor Kazuhiko Nakano, Chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry from Osaka University Graduate School of Dentistry, along with Professor Michiyo Nakano from Okayama University Dental School, Japan.
The reception was led by Clinical Professor Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, the Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, along with Associate Professor Dr. Jinthana Lapirattanakul, the Head of the Department of Oral Microbiology.
The meeting primarily focused on discussions about potential collaborations in academic exchanges and opportunities for joint research. These conversations were grounded in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) previously signed by Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry and each of the two institutions. The visit aimed to strengthen collaborative efforts and foster positive relationships for future educational and research endeavors.
