Dean Clin. Prof. Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pong Pongprueksa, Deputy Head of the Department of Operative Dentistry and Endodontics at Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, recently participated in the 2023 International Conference on Future Healthcare and Economic Development. The conference, hosted by National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Tainan, Taiwan, from November 27 – December 1, 2023, focused on the theme ” Trends and Future Development of Digital Healthcare and Treatment.”

During the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pong Pongprueksa contributed as a guest speaker, delivering an insightful lecture on “Digital Disruption in Restorative Dentistry.” In addition, Dr. Chantas Mahaisavariya from the Golden Jubilee Medical Center at Mahidol University also took part in the conference and presented his valuable lecture on the topic “Empowered the Osteoporosis Treatment with the Assisted Liaison Service Application: The AliS Project”.

This event attracted distinguished medical experts, lecturers, educators, and researchers from various countries in the Asia-Pacific region. Its primary objective was to provide a valuable platform for international cooperation, facilitating a precise understanding of future trends in healthcare technology for all participants.
