Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, in collaboration with its dental student association, recently hosted the “For Your Beloved Teeth 2023” exhibition. The event, held at the Central Pinklao Department Store’s first floor from November 11-12, 2023, was part of the extracurricular activities for Mahidol dental students and was dedicated to promoting oral health and raising awareness about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.

Clin. Prof. Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, actively took part in the event alongside faculty executives and dental students. The opening ceremony was graced by the presence of Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, the President of Mahidol University.

The primary objectives of this exhibition were to offer the public valuable knowledge on oral health preservation, dental treatment guidelines, and to foster a deeper understanding of the significance of oral well-being. Furthermore, the event aimed to generate funds to support the Friends in Need (of “PA”) Volunteers Foundation, a charitable organization affiliated with the Thai Red Cross Society.

Visitors to the exhibition had access to various activities and resources. They could receive free oral health check-ups and professional consultations. The oral health exhibition “Dentistry in the Digital Era” was also held to highlight the latest advancements and innovations in dental care. In addition, attendees were invited to participate in the charity game “catching lucky eggs in the pond”.
