On October 20, 2023, Clin. Prof. Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry, led a special event to provide dental treatment at no cost to the public. The day started with a heartfelt tribute to Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra, followed by the opening of complimentary dental services, offering one free treatment per individual.

The free dental services encompassed a range of treatments, including tooth fillings, tooth extractions, removal of impacted teeth, emergency root canal procedures, teeth cleaning, pediatric dental care, dental X-rays, and activities to promote oral health.

This event is organized in honor of H.R.H. Princess Srinagarindra Mahidol’s birthday and National Oral Health Day. It aimed to pay respect to the royal family and give the opportunity for the dentists and faculty staff to voluntarily provide their services as well as share valuable information on dental health. This will foster public awareness of proper oral care.

These services were accessible at the Dental Hospital, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (Phayathai Campus), as well as the Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Dental Hospital (Salaya Campus).
