On August 23, 2023, the opening ceremony of the Training Program on Children and Youth Development under the Patronage of H.R.H Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, for School Teachers from Bangladesh, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, was graced by the presence of Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siriruk Nakornchai, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Postgraduate Education, representing Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry. The training, which spanned from August 22 – 30, 2023, welcomed educators from these four nations to Thailand.
During this significant event, Prof. Dr. Kraisid Tontisirin, an advisor to the Training Program, delivered the opening address. The ceremony ended with an informative lecture on Dental Health presented by Lect. Dr. Piyada Gaewkhiew, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry.
The ceremony took place in Debaratana Auditorium on the 4th floor of the 50th Anniversary of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry.
