MUDT joined the “The 3rd Planting Project to Reducing Greenhouse Effect”

On March 25th, 2021, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sirichai Kiattavorncharoen, Dean of Mahidol University Faculty of Dentistry (MUDT), along with deans and the heads of 5 sections from other faculties in Phayathai campus, participated in “The 3rd Planting Project to Reducing Greenhouse Effect” at Rajapruek Conference Hall, the Faculty of Public Health. Assoc. Prof. Kitikorn Charmondusit, Vice President for Environment and Sustainable Development, Mahidol University (MU), presented pot plants to all participants for a group photo session.

Division of Physical System and Environment, Office of the President, Mahidol University, has organized this project which aims to plan small trees, flowering plants, and ornamental plants to increase the number of green spaces in the Phayathai campus. Beside the ability to absorb carbon dioxide from the air, plants play a crucial role in the quality of life, especially for students, staff members and visitors at the Phayathai campus.
